How To Use Your Message to Attract Your Ideal Coaching Clients

If you've done your research on EXACTLY who your target client is, then you already have a long list of the ways you can help them.

You may even feel frustrated because you KNOW you can do an incredible job helping them, you just haven't yet attracted the client.

It's time to face a little tough love and be honest with yourself: Are you showing up as the expert? Are you creating content that transforms people? Do you have a presence that shows your audience that without a shadow-of-a-doubt you can help them reach their goals?

Think of someone you follow - why do you follow them? What is it that has you wanting to see their stories, opt-in to their email list and join their program?

Step into the CEO that you know you are, starting now, and that energy will come through in everything you do.

I used to struggle with this big time - but FINALLY before I attracted my first client online, I knew EXACTLY the type of person who I wanted to work with, and how I could help them! You should have a crystal clear picture of who you want to help, and take the time to do the necessary research to have a clear picture of your ideal client. It's worth it, I promise. Plus you will feel so much more confident showing up online when you know exactly who you are talking to and how you can help them.

It's important to do the research needed to really understand your target client as you would a friend, have a deep understanding of their problem, and know how you can help them solve it. And the key? Know your methods of helping them solve the unique problem - how are you different from everybody else in your niche?

Here's the groundwork you'll need to do before crafting your message:

Grab a pen/paper or if you're the digital note taker use that instead!

1. HOW WILL YOU EDUCATE + SHOW UP AS THE EXPERT FOR YOUR DREAM CLIENT?
2. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO BE PRESENT AND CONSISTENT TO ATTRACT YOUR DREAM CLIENTS?
3. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO BECOME VISIBLE?
4. HOW WILL YOU GET YOUR PRODUCTS + SERVICES READY TO OFFER?
5.WHAT OUTCOMES DO YOU CREATE?

Okay next steps! Now we need to focus on the blueprint to creating your message.

Part 1: STATEMENT/ QUESTION THAT CALLS YOUR CLIENT OUT

Grab the attention of your dream client by specifically calling them out. You have done the research so ask a question that gets their attention and invites them to read the rest of your message. Example: "I help __________(specific person) achieve ________ so they can _______ without _________"

Part 2: OUTLINE THEIR CURRENT ISSUE THAT YOU KNOW YOU CAN HELP THEM OVERCOME

Make sure that your message aligns to on something they want to improve so it grabs their attention and has them wanting to learn more, opt-in, work with you, etc.

Part 3: SHARE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THEM USING A PERSONAL EXAMPLE

Your products + services are there to help your ideal clients improve an area of their health, wealth, happiness, or business. How can you relate to them? Show them how you have achieved what they want.

Part 4: SHARE ADVICE OR EDUCATION THAT'S HELPFUL + INSPIRING

Can you truly help your future dream client? Prove it! I grew my community and attracted dreamy clients by showing up and helping people by sharing advice and tips!

Now fill this out:

"I help __________(specific person) achieve ________ so they can _______ without _________"

or

"I help ____________(person) achieve __________ in _________ (timeframe)"

There are different ways you can word this - just make sure the benefit to them is clear!

Read it out back to yourself. Does it connect? Does it feel right? Does it align to how YOU want to stand out with your business and brand? Does it share your message, connect with the reader, and feel like it's written right for your dream client?
